ARCHIDEX 2026 has officially come to an end, wrapping up an exciting and meaningful four-day showcase for EXSTO. As one of the key industry events we participated in this year, it provided us with an opportunity to showcase our innovative workplace solutions, connect with industry professionals, and strengthen relationships with our clients, partners, and suppliers. Experience Privacy with EXSTOPOD
One of the key highlights of our booth was the EXSTOPOD showcase, featuring the ZUM, ML, and upcoming ATOM pods. Visitors were invited to step inside each pod and experience the comfort, privacy, and acoustic performance of the solutions firsthand. By allowing visitors to immerse themselves in these environments, we aimed to demonstrate how essential privacy is in today’s open office layouts.
The enclosed pods were designed to create a fresh and well-ventilated environment, with enhanced air circulation to maximize user comfort. Every element was thoughtfully considered to provide a conducive setting for focused work and private conversations, while helping to minimize sound transmission to the surrounding area. This demonstrates how EXSTOPOD can introduce dedicated private spaces into open workplaces without compromising flexibility and functionality. The pods are an essential solution for teams needing an escape from the distractions of the open office.
Moving into the workspace area, we showcased back-to-back height-adjustable workstations paired with our latest NEXO ergonomic chair series—the NEXO Libra and NEXO Aeri. This setup highlighted not only the aesthetic appeal of our products but also their functionality, catering to the diverse needs of users who shift between sitting and standing throughout their workday.
This setup demonstrated how ergonomic furniture can be integrated into a modern workplace to support flexibility, comfort, and different ways of working. From adjustable workstations to ergonomic seating, the space reflected how thoughtful workplace design can support employees throughout their daily routines. It’s not just about aesthetics; it’s about creating environments that enhance well-being and productivity.
Smarter Storage with Yellowbox
At our booth, visitors also had the opportunity to experience live demonstrations of Smart Lockers by Yellowbox. The showcase highlighted how smart storage solutions can help modern workplaces make better use of available space while providing secure and convenient access to personal belongings.
With a focus in ease of use, operational efficiency and security, the Smart Lockers offer a practical solution for managing shared workplace storage. Together with Yellowbox, we were able to showcase how smarter storage can complement workplace solutions and contribute to a more organised, efficient, and seamless work environment.
A Space to Connect and Collaborate
Another unique element of our booth was the collaborative space, designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for visitors to pause, connect, and exchange ideas. The thoughtfully arranged lounge area, complemented by Luxspace lighting and comfortable sofas, created a relaxed setting for informal conversations and interactions.
More than just a seating area, the space reflected how collaborative workplace environments can encourage connection and meaningful exchanges, giving visitors a place to take a seat, unwind, and engage with one another.
